AI helps me work faster. It does not make the final decision.

I use AI during research, planning, coding and documentation. I still define the scope, understand the code and verify the result.

Process

Five steps from an idea to a checked result

I use the same order for software, a website, a Discord bot or a Minecraft system. The technology changes, but responsibility does not.

    Define the goal

    I establish what should change for the user, project or team before asking AI for a solution.

  2. 02

    Research and compare

    AI helps collect possible approaches, documentation and questions that need a reliable answer.

  3. 03

    Build a focused version

    I use the selected tools to prepare code, content or a prototype that can be reviewed.

  4. 04

    Review and refine

    I read the result, check assumptions and correct problems that appear during implementation.

  5. 05

    Document and hand over

    The final result includes the important configuration, limits and instructions needed to use it.

Paid AI tools are part of my workshop. They support ZMConcepts, but they are not the brand or the author of the final product.

Research, planning and fast prototypes.

Claude Code

Code work, refactoring and technical documentation.

Boundaries

What AI supports and what it does not replace

The short answer is simple: AI can speed up individual tasks, but it does not decide what should be built or whether the result is ready.

AI supports

  • Finding relevant documentation and comparing possible approaches
  • Preparing early code drafts, checks and repetitive changes
  • Reviewing structure, naming and possible edge cases
  • Improving technical notes, documentation and explanations

AI does not replace

  • Understanding what the customer or project actually needs
  • Responsibility for security, privacy and technical decisions
  • Reviewing the complete result before handover
  • An honest decision about whether a feature is ready to publish

The tool can change when a different task needs a better approach. The fixed rule is that every result goes through my review and refinement before it becomes part of a product.
